Exchange Eligibility
Products purchased from KASHMANI are eligible for exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and invoice. The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Exchange Process
Customers who wish to exchange a product are required to return the item at their own shipping cost. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange process will be initiated. The replacement item will only be dispatched after confirming that the returned product meets all the required conditions. Customers are advised to carefully pack the item to avoid any damage during transit.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are strictly non-exchangeable. These products are offered at discounted prices and are considered final sale. Additionally, products cannot be exchanged due to minor differences in color or texture, as variations may occur due to lighting conditions and screen display differences.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that a customer receives a damaged or defective product, they must report it within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. The issue should be reported with proper evidence, such as images or videos, to support the claim. After verification, KASHMANI will take appropriate action to resolve the issue, which may include an exchange.
Refund Policy
KASHMANI does not offer monetary refunds due to the nature of jewelry products and hygiene considerations. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned for a cash refund under normal circumstances. Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided; however, exceptions may be considered only in cases where a product is proven to be defective or unavailable after order confirmation. In such situations, the decision will be made at the sole discretion of KASHMANI after proper evaluation of the case.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product being returned for exchange is properly packed and shipped securely. Any damage occurring during return transit due to poor packaging will not be the responsibility of KASHMANI. It is also the customer’s responsibility to include all necessary documents such as the invoice to ensure smooth processing.
