Shipping Policy

At KASHMANI, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers by ensuring that all orders are processed and delivered efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures, timelines, and conditions related to order processing, dispatch, and delivery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy and acknowledge that shipping timelines may vary based on operational and external factors.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are not processed on the same day and will be handled on the next working day. During sale periods, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended. We strive to process every order as quickly as possible while maintaining quality checks and accuracy.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 8 to 10 working days depending on your location and the accuracy of the shipping information provided. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as courier issues, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee of Rs. 300 is applied to all orders across Pakistan. This fee is the responsibility of the customer and is added to the total order amount. The shipping charges cover packaging, handling, and courier service costs required to deliver your order safely.

Courier Service

All orders are shipped through Leopards Courier Service, a reliable logistics partner. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your parcel and stay updated on its delivery status.

Cash on Delivery

KASHMANI offers Cash on Delivery as the only payment method. Customers are required to make full payment at the time of delivery. It is advised to keep the exact amount ready, as the delivery rider may not have change, which could result in delays in receiving your parcel.

Delivery Instructions

Deliveries are carried out between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Customers are requested to ensure availability at the provided address during these hours. Once you receive a delivery notification via SMS or WhatsApp, please be prepared to receive your order. Customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making payment unless explicitly instructed otherwise.

Failed Deliveries

In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the customer, or lack of response, the courier service may attempt redelivery or return the parcel. KASHMANI reserves the right to cancel such orders or charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery if required.

Service Coverage

We currently offer shipping services across Pakistan. Orders from all cities are accepted and processed, provided the courier service is available in the respective area. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate and complete address details to avoid any inconvenience or delivery delays.
